Condominium By-Laws

​Upon joining 1510 Condominium, every member of the community accepts the Condominium By-Laws. Full copy of the current By-Laws can be found here.

Management
The building and the grounds are maintained by an on-site, full-time Building Superintendant and managed by a professional Community Manager and a volunteer Board of Directors, elected by the community.

Neighborhood
1510 Condominium is located in the Ft.Myer/Radnor Heights neighbourhood of Arlington, VA and belongs to the RAFOM neighbourhood association. It is adjacent to the Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall.
Nearby national landmarks include Iwo Jima Memorial, Netherlands Carillon, and Arlington National Cemetary.
Both Rosslyn and Courthouse Metro stations can be reached by walking in less than 15 minutes, and ART Bus Route 61 stop is located directly in front of the building.
Move-in Information
​
​Move-in days are Mon-Fri, except holidays. $300 move-in fee must be paid to SCS Management prior to move-in. Building Superintendant must be notified at least 24 hours in advance in order to install the protective pads in elevator. Detailed move-in requirements can be found in Rules and Regulations.
